Creating custom furniture should feel exciting and straightforward. From your first idea to final delivery, our team will guide you through every step of the process.

Whether you are ordering a custom epoxy dining table, live-edge river table, conference table, countertop, desk, or another bespoke furniture piece, we will work closely with you to turn your ideas into a design made specifically for your space.

How to Order Custom Furniture

1. Find Your Inspiration

Explore our collection of custom solid wood and epoxy resin furniture to discover the materials, colors, shapes, and styles you prefer.

You can select an existing design as your starting point or send us your own reference images, drawings, room photos, or design ideas.

Because every piece of wood has its own grain and natural shape, your finished furniture will always be one of a kind.

2. Tell Us About Your Project

Complete our customization form and provide as much information as possible, including:

• Furniture type
• Required dimensions
• Preferred wood species
• Resin color and style
• Edge and corner preferences
• Surface finish
• Table base or leg design
• Delivery location
• Reference images or drawings

3. Pay a $100 Design Deposit

To begin the personalized design process, a $100 design deposit is required.

This deposit reserves time with our design team and allows us to develop a custom furniture proposal based on your specifications and ideas.

The $100 deposit is not an additional charge. If you approve the final design and proceed with the order, the full $100 will be deducted from your total project price.

4. Review Your Custom Design

Our team will prepare a personalized design proposal based on your dimensions, preferred materials, colors, style, and functional requirements.

You will have the opportunity to review the design and request reasonable adjustments before approving the project.

We will not begin production until you have confirmed the design.

5. Approve the Design or Receive a Refund

If you are satisfied with the proposed design, you can approve it and proceed with the project payment. The $100 design deposit will be fully applied toward your order total, so you only need to pay the remaining project amount.

If you are not satisfied with the proposed design and decide not to proceed, we will refund your $100 design deposit.

Important: The refund applies only before the design is approved and before production begins. Once you approve the design, complete the project payment, and authorize production, the order becomes a made-to-order custom project.

6. Confirm Your Project Payment

After the design and specifications are approved, we will provide your final quotation or invoice.

The invoice will clearly show:

• Total project price
• $100 design deposit already paid
• Remaining amount due
• Confirmed materials and dimensions
• Estimated production time
• Shipping or delivery information

Production begins after we receive the required project payment and your final written approval.

Production

Handcrafted in Approximately 4–5 Weeks

Every piece is made specifically for you. Our standard production time is approximately 4–5 weeks, beginning after the final design is approved and the required project payment has been received.

Production time may vary depending on:

• Furniture size
• Design complexity
• Wood availability
• Resin depth and curing requirements
• Quantity ordered
• Special finishes or functional features

If your project requires additional production time, our team will let you know before manufacturing begins.

Follow the Making of Your Furniture

We want you to feel connected to the creation process.

During production, we can share photos or videos showing important stages, such as wood selection, slab layout, resin color, casting, sanding, finishing, and final inspection.

Because wood and epoxy resin are natural and handcrafted materials, minor variations are part of the character of each piece.

Natural Materials and Unique Results

The product photographs on our website are intended to provide design inspiration.

Natural wood varies in grain, tone, live-edge shape, knots, texture, and pattern. Resin effects can also vary slightly because each piece is poured and finished by hand.

These natural differences are not defects. They are what make every custom table or furniture piece genuinely unique.

We will follow your approved specifications as closely as possible while preserving the natural character of the selected materials.

Quality Inspection

Before packing, every completed piece goes through a detailed quality inspection.

We check:

• Confirmed dimensions
• Wood and resin appearance
• Surface finish
• Structural stability
• Base and hardware
• Edges and corners
• Overall craftsmanship

Final photos or videos may be provided for confirmation before the furniture is prepared for shipment.

Packaging

Custom furniture requires careful protection during transportation.

Each piece is securely packed using protective materials and, where appropriate, a reinforced wooden crate. Table bases or detachable components may be packed separately to help prevent damage and make handling easier.

Shipping and Delivery

Once production and final inspection are complete, we will arrange shipment through an appropriate freight or delivery provider.

Delivery times depend on the destination, order size, shipping method, customs procedures, carrier schedules, and local delivery conditions. Any delivery estimate is approximate and cannot be guaranteed as an exact arrival date.

Tracking or shipment information will be provided once it becomes available.

Continental U.S. Shipping

Standard shipping is available to eligible addresses within the continental United States.

Additional charges may apply to:

• Alaska and Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• Islands and remote locations
• Locations with restricted delivery access
• White-glove or inside-delivery services
• Orders requiring special handling or unloading

Please provide your complete delivery ZIP code when requesting a quotation so we can confirm the applicable shipping terms.

International Shipping

We can also arrange international delivery for many destinations.

International shipping charges, import duties, customs fees, taxes, and local handling costs may vary by country. Unless specifically included in your written quotation, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Receiving Your Order

Before delivery, please make sure that:

• Your phone number and delivery information are correct.
• The delivery route and entrance are large enough for the furniture.
• Someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment.
• Sufficient assistance or unloading equipment is available when required.

Large or oversized furniture may require several people or appropriate equipment for safe unloading and installation.

Please inspect the packaging and furniture promptly after delivery. If you notice visible transportation damage, photograph the packaging and product before installation and contact us as soon as possible.

Custom Orders

Every custom order is manufactured according to the dimensions, materials, colors, and specifications approved by the customer.

After the design is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible. Any requested change that can still be accommodated may result in additional costs or a longer production time.

Custom-made products are generally not eligible for return due to personal preference, incorrect customer-provided measurements, or differences inherent in natural wood grain and handcrafted resin patterns.

If there is a confirmed manufacturing or quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and videos. Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution according to our warranty and after-sales policy.
